MOF has been instrumental in curbing desease in communities.it distributed relief item in areas affected with the nodding syndrome and jigger infested areas in northern and eastern Uganda respectively. This was through community mobilisation of leaders and communities.There were many children affected with nodding syndrome in kitgum district and MOF intervened in all way necessary.
